Thursday’s (February’s) Refresh St. Louis meeting will be at The Gelateria, next door to Pho Grand on Grand at 7pm.

March’s meeting will be at Mangia Italiano.

January’s Refresh meeting is tonight in the upstairs of Mokabe’s. We hope to see you there.

Consider bringing business cards. You never know when you’re going to meet someone who needs your help or who can help you.

Also, Refresh St. Louis is now on Meetup.com as a web technology MeetUp in St. Louis. You can visit or join that group here. You can find several other great related MeetUps in St. Louis there. I’m going to be getting together with the organizers of some other groups soon to see if we can’t get our meeting dates configured to where they don’t conflict. Thursday nights seem to be bad for a lot of people anyway, so look for the Refresh regularly scheduled date to change in the near future.

Sorry to post this at the last minute, but I’m moving the date and location of the first meeting of January to Thursday, the 17th at Mokabe’s on Arsenal (3606 Arsenal), just off Grand in South city.

Mokabe’s is a nice little coffee shop with free wi-fi, food and ice cream, and a whole non-smoking side with a nifty little upstairs area. The plan is to meet upstairs.

Hi all! Welcome to the revamped, but original and official Refresh St. Louis website.
Well, it’s been a very quiet year for Refresh St. Louis. We started out with a bang in 2006 and then fizzled a little in 2007, but 2008 promises to be the year we hit our stride!

In preparation for the new year, I’ve made a few updates:

1. I’ve revamped refreshstlouis.org with Wordpress and am in the process of spiffing it up with a modified theme.
2. I’m scheduling Refresh for the First Thursday of Every Month at Mangia Italiano on South Grand.
3. I’ve created a Facebook group for us, so all you Facebook addicts can socialize through your favorite social website.
